The moment T officially announce they're going public, the share price here will most certainly get a boost. The company (Telogis) won't disclose the ticker symbol right away so speculation is definitely going to be rampant on RMTD. Even if T decides to go with another shell, this ticker will rise before then. Thing is, we don't know the current OS and we don't know how many shares are being held by insiders.
