of course it must be much lower. just like the US does not have only 10K dollar bills (which were once in circulation) it also does not have just 100 dollar bills. Many of the IQD out there are held tightly by governments. Why would governments hoard a worthless currency? Why would Kuwait be happy to be paid compensation in IQD verses USD? If they did not think in the near term (from a countries viewpoint which is much different than an individuals viewpoint) the IQD would increase in value relative to the USD why would they not insist in being paid in USD or mainly USD with a little IQD?

When my time on earth is gone, and my activities here are passed, I want they bury me upside down, and my critics can kiss my ass!
