Very dismal, not for a few months or half a year, but for two years. Mr. Bolduc talked about EBITDA positive last year, it's a year later. Last year " 17-24 million in revenue we are very confident with that".

There are like 25 other examples of Mr. Bolduc's 'rod and reel set the hook' with investors. This would be absolutely comical, if it weren't so damaging to investors. It's a joke...a freak'n joke what this guy gets away with from investors giving him the benefit of the doubt.

In my opinion, he has told untruths to investors when I believe, he knew otherwise. Why? To keep you from selling. I don't know how many times I have to tell investors this.

I don't talk with Mr. Bolduc anymore. I ended that long ago. But I DO know people that talk with him on the phone, I know what he has told them. It's the same BS he told me 3.5 years ago, and he's still ALWAYS wrong, setting the hook to keep you in. It's a joke.....

Mr. Bolduc? Step down as CEO, you have done enough damage to investors with your bogus timelines. Do the right thing and resign tomorrow, investors demand his resignation, without delay.
