The current A/S is shown in 3 different places. OTC Markets (Company Profile) shows 2,000,000,000 as the A/S. The Wyoming SOS shows the A/S as 2,000,000,000 shares (where MCII is currently domiciled). And finally, the last Interim Financial report (dated Feb.26, 2014) shows the A/S to be 2,000,000,000 shares.

The current number of O/S shares is also noted in the Interim Financial Statement (Dated Feb. 26, 2014) shows the O/S to be 204,675,375. Of those 204,675,375 shares (in notes of Interim Financial reports, regarding splits, dividends, mergers, etc.), it is noted that Diane Dalmy, as proxy buyer for Success Holding Group, received , for the buyer, a controlling interest of 139,000,000 restricted common shares and 2 preferred shares.

The OTC Market Company Profile also shows Steve Chen as CEO of MCII. The link to the Business Week article shows Steve Chen to be CEO of Success Holding Group (for which I previously posted a ticker symbol for).

There is no information (more current) to refute these facts. Nevada SOS information indicates the Nevada Corp. Charter was dissolved, when MCII became a Wyoming Domiciled Corp. Therefore your statistics, with regard to Nevada numbers is obsolete.
