If cbyi is a scam why is it not selling at .0001 ?????? It holding strong at .0002 why ????

I have a never ending order to buy a billion shares at .0001 they will not sell me even one ????

THEREFORE CANT BE SCAM OR .0001 would sell someone keeping stock price up
