Hey. Does anyone know what the one preferred share is and who is the holder? I read some posts on the DD Support Board and Fraud Research Team board about company executives exchanging their shares for preferred right before a R/S so they actually never lost anything due to the conversion factor. HMMMMMMMMMMM???????????????
