MCII is no longer domiciled in Nevada. The Nevada Charter was dissolved and MCII is now a Wyoming Corp. and domiciled there. The records in Wyoming indicate the A/S is 2,000,000,000 shares.

They already have issued more than 100,000,000 shares, so the A/S has got to be more than that.

These guys own another shell as well. With different officers. Do a little search and that can be verified.
