bro...i would say 95% of penny stocks are scams...and that's being conservative...All I care about is the sector a companies in, the share structure, and if someone will pay me more for my shares in the future.

To be honest...the less I know about a companies Financial situation/operations the better. Then I feel like less of a scum bag ;)
