Here is my text used in the SEC form that JRT posted the link to. I did the best I could. The other stuff they needed was just cut and pasted from their website. It was easy. I hope we can all do it. BTW I gave my personal information, as I think this is more effective than posting to them anonymously.

"Superior Oil and Gas (SIOR)has not filed with the SEC for over a year. Yet, at the present time, the company has struck oil on their property in partnership with Devon Oil (DVN). But because the stock no longer trades (it is now delisted), I am being deprived of any of the profit from any oil discoveries that, as a shareholder, I partly financed. SIOR has claimed for over a year to be working on relisting. But I have virtually no way of confirming this. There is no communication whatsoever between SIOR management and shareholders. I don't think it is legal or proper for SIOR to spend shareholder hard-earned money to finance what is a documented recovery of oil, while not keeping shareholders apprised of whatever relisting efforts are being made or worse yet if SIOR is not making any effort to relist at all. If the latter is true then it all boils down to them using my money to earn profits for themselves while shareholders are denied their right to share in the profits. I would like to see SIOR trade again so I can buy/sell as with any security. If not relisting means they have become a private company then I want my percentage of their profit in accordance to how many shares I own. If the relisting is being worked on I would like to be informed so I know my situation as an investor. Thank You"
