As a person who knows Mark Goldstein "well" is this the behavior you would expect from the company or Meris? If they are not getting back to you in a respectful amount of time and your an acquaintance of Mark, what does this say for someone willing to invest in the company or help see it to the next level ie "Partners" is it the partners fault that this company hasn't succeeded or is it the fact they have Meris there. I have heard she is difficult to work with, how true this is professional wise I do not know but from this avenue and speaking to her I could see it personally.
