Amigo- I agree...the name change is long overdue.

The other interesting thing I take from reading this filing is that the vast majority of the outstanding options for those listed are at a price of $0.25 each (i.e.- close to double where the share price has been hanging out for the last few months). This is interesting to me for all of the folks screaming "scam", "milking shareholders" and they are just "making money for themselves". Based on this filing, at the current share price they don't really make anything other than their salary. The big money (which I'm sure is what they're all in it for) does not come unless/until this turns into something and the stock trades well north of $0.25/share!

Therefore, one can conclude that all of these other claims are just what they are...empty noise.
