Solar3D filed the patent application, so the patent literally has everything to with Solar3D, and Solar3D alone. Solar3D's name is on every document, how did you miss it?

Here is the link again: http://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/detail.jsf?docId=WO2012054436&recNum=1&office=&queryString=ALL%3A%28PCT%2FUS2011%2F056647%29&prevFilter=&sortOption=Pub+Date+Desc&maxRec=1

Now click on the link for the "Written Opinion of the International Search Authority". What is does it say on Page 1 under the header "Applicant"? Yup, you guessed it: Solar3D, Inc.

Adrian Lee is the patent lawyer and he's based out of Salt Lake City, UT. You'll find his name and location on the documents for the other patent you yourself linked to earlier.

So, as I said earlier, Solar3D has attained Inventive Step status on what is in my opinion the much more important patent which is "THREE DIMENSIONAL SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME." Patent No. US2011056647. WO2012054436.

Want more proof. Just look it up on google patents. Here is the link: http://www.google.com/patents/WO2012054436A1?cl=en

Now what does it say under "Applicant"?

Remember, one of the keys to the greatness of Solar3D's solar power system is the fact they can mass manufacture it cheaply. It's possible to make extremely highly efficient solar panels, but they are usually very expensive to make and so and have no real benefit to reducing the cost of solar power. With Solar3D's design and methods of making their unique solar power system based on the 3D Cell technology, they can make the system both highly efficient with high power output and also - and this is the key - for low cost using their patented methods of manufacturing them. This is where the real money is.
