I spoke to J.Nelson RE: Patent



I called Mr. Nelson per his request, and first off I would like to say he is a very friendly easy to talk to person. I mentioned the search authorities findings to him and he said he actually had spoken to his patent attorney regarding the findings and was told it is not a big deal at all and is expected in the initial patent phase. Take what you want, but he said all is fine on the patent front and he fully expects it to be completed. He did not give me any info on when it would be completed, and said these things just have to run their course. He also mentioned that they are fully protected right now from infringement.

He did say that SUN business is blazing along and that they are extremely busy. I asked if he had intentions of getting listed on the NASDAQ and he could not tell me, but said we should be hearing about that in the near future.

For a CEO to tell me to call him speaks volumes to the legitimacy of SLTD. I have never spoken to the CEO of a company before and usually have to get whatever info from IR.
