Nothing new in OTC pennyland. We longs expect that will change. Lot's of money has been made on less compliant companies. Yes, regretably just another dog for boo birds to poke a stick at. But wait until the dog bites back... won't be pretty IMO. Suspect more time was spent cleaning up the dog poop than on the fins. Fewer old turds to kick perhaps. Fine by us longs. JMO. $TECO
