You should report it. It will help it get put out of everybody's misery faster.
If you had checked whether this thing was even still in business it might have saved you some money. The group that was pushing it was trying to front run it and some still are trying to get rid of the last of their shares. There NEVER was a merger and there NEVER will be.
Remember if you are going to trade off of what people suggest on IHUB you should not only check out the company but check out the past posts by posters. It will revel a lot. There is a lot of front loading going on in penny land.
