I wasn't referring to you specifically, honestly I didn't even bother to read the whole thread on the "water use" issue. It's been beat to death.

I just think its safe to assume at this point that it's not an issue. And my reason for believing that is what I had previously posted. Whatever evidence was presented to Mayor Sanchez and the city counsel which voted to go ahead with this project, must have put any of their fears or reservations to rest, since they voted unanimously to go ahead with the project. I would think that would have been a major concern in the early stages of negotiations.

Seems like common sense...
