This is not True:

Caution!! The only way they can uplist to QB is to R/S to get the stock to .01... GL



Uplisting to OTCQB has to be .01/share, which would result in a R/S

They are uplisting to OTCBB, therefore no requirements are needed in share structure to uplist. No R/S needs to happen.
