Well ya all, this week, and particularly today has been something of a challenge to some. Some went with an ill concived statement "patent failed" when norhing at all was published to support that position. Some took a position that a year old publication had some relevence in the patent approval process, even though it didn't.

Some choose to debate the verbage of a document that had little apparent value to the approval process. It's purpose was to establish that no one else held a patent for sltd process and design.

What we have learned is that we know nothing! We know nothing as to the resolution of the patent! We know nothing as to a new partner.!

We know nothing as to a new aquisition!

We know NOTHING!

So let's enter the weekend knowing that good news of some kind will come eventually.
