bobbix… Significant INCC Food For Thought…

Your education for researching to verify this property has helped to me further verify that there just might be more than twice the 123 acres that we know of that INCC will use for cultivation. From what I have verified from the Chaffee County link within the state of Colorado confirms that there is 251.052743 Acres of land under the same John Mehos name under the same address which leads me to think that each piece that I am about to reflect is referring to the same John Mehos that is an INCC Director that has the 123 acres representing land that INCC will be using for cultivation. Follow the steps below to see how I derived such conclusions…

Click on the Chaffee County link below and then click where it says ”Search Assessor Database” within such link:
http://www.chaffeecounty.org/Assessor

Such will bring you to the page below where you need to click where it says ”Yes, I accept the above statement” within such link:
http://qpublic.net/co/chaffee/

It will then take you to the link below where it will give you a variety of ”sort options” to find the land; Search by Location Address, Search by Owner Name, Search by Parcel Number, Search by Legal Information, Search by Map, Sales Search, or Sales List:
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_csearch.php?county=co_chaffee

Below is what popped up after I had clicked on ”Search by Owner Name” and then typed in the name ”Mehos” who is the INCC Director in which the property is listed under (notice at the bottom that it says that the website was last updated on August 17, 2014):

Below is what you will get from clicking each parcel link above:

Parcel # 380502300078 = 123 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=380502300078&ACCOUNT=R380502300078

Parcel # 368131200020 = 22.4 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=368131200020&ACCOUNT=R368131200020

Parcel # 368716400821 = 20.33 Acres

http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=368132423258&ACCOUNT=R368132423258

Parcel # 368132422247 = .086547 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=368132422247&ACCOUNT=R368132422247

Parcel # 368132422274 = .044996 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=368132422274&ACCOUNT=R368132422274

Parcel # 342533300813 = 20.6612 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=342533300813&ACCOUNT=R342533300813

Parcel # 352907100858 = 41 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=352907100858&ACCOUNT=R352907100858

Parcel # 352907100822 = 12.56 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=352907100822&ACCOUNT=R352907100822

Parcel # 352907100863 = 10.33 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=352907100863&ACCOUNT=R352907100863

Parcel # 368132423277 = .22 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=368132423277&ACCOUNT=R368132423277

Parcel # 368132339243 = .18 Acres
http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_cdisplay.php?county=co_chaffee&KEY=368132339243&ACCOUNT=R368132339243

So…
123 Acres + 22.4 Acres + 20.33 Acres + .24 Acres + .086547 Acres + .044996 Acres + 20.6612 Acres + 41 Acres + 12.56 Acres + 10.33 Acres + .22 Acres + .18 Acres = 251.052743 Acres

Now let’s take some of you logic and figure in a total of approximately 251 Acres versus only the 123 Acres and let’s presume as a worst case scenario, they are only able to have one harvest per year versus the six harvests that you have presumed from within your post below:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=105539730

Before reading further, I think it is important to note that using the Chaffee County link you used to derive the parcel information by searching for Parcel # 380502300078 which is for 123 Acres, you will see that 123 Acres equates to 5,357,880 Square Feet which means that such is an average of 43,560 Square Feet Per Acre. We will use this as a ”Key Variable” below.

Search by Parcel # 380502300078 to confirm the above regarding the 123 Acres below:
http://assessorsearch.chaffeecounty.org/RWDataMartPropertyInquiry/inquiry.aspx
http://assessorsearch.chaffeecounty.org/RWDataMartPropertyInquiry/Results.aspx
http://assessorsearch.chaffeecounty.org/RWDataMartPropertyInquiry/ParcelDetail.aspx?a=c2db036f-c177-4b0b-8dc2-e9d6ea89fb77

Key Variables to Consider:
** Consider 251 Acres
** 251 Acres x 43,560 Square Feet Per Acre = 10,933,560 Square Feet
** Each adult plant takes up about 3 Square Feet
** 10,933,560 Square Feet ÷ 3 Square Feet Per Plant = 3,644,520 Plants
** Each professional grown plant yields at least 4 ounces
** So that is 14,578,080 ounces of BUDS
** Consider $200 per ounce; so… $200 x 14,578,080 ounce = $2,915,616,000 Revenues
** This $2.9 Billion is just from the Buds
** I think it is fair to expect a 55% Net Profit Margin from the link below:
http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2014/01/05/legalized-drug-dealing-an-inside-look-at-colorados.aspx
** $2,915,616,000 Revenues x 55% Net Profit Margin = $1,603,588,800 Net Profit

Now let’s consider some thoughts of which you mentioned within your post below; the above valuation number derived for Net Profit was done under the presumption that the company will perform on ”one harvest per year” and is from the use of the ”Buds” only. Still, they have the stems that can be turned into paper and clothes, and then the leaves can be cooked to make CBD Oil… plenty of CBD Oil:

Now take under consideration the huge shortage of marijuana cultivation not being able to meet the growing demands in Colorado and I would have to say that I think INCC is greatly positioning themselves to be at the right place at the right time. Keep in mind… it can now be confirmed that they have the land and the Chaffee County License Approval within the state of Colorado to begin cultivation of marijuana/cannabis.

Huge INCC MJ License Approval Twitter Update...

These last three tweets by INCC are very positive for the company. They confirm that major things are being achieved to prepare INCC for its next few levels of growth; MMJ license is approved by Chaffee County Commissioners, Submitted updated info on officers and directors to OTC MKTS, and Florida SOS updated to reflect board of directors along with reinstatement:

Key with this MJ County License Approval…

The State approval could come any moment too as I believe that approvals for both were already submitted from my understanding. Both are important and now I am very confident that INCC either has state approval for their Colorado Marijuana License or they will be getting it very soon since just obtaining their county approval. This article below leads one to think that state approval comes before obtaining county approval so there is a very good chance that INCC already has state approval:

http://www.bizjournals.com/denver/news/2013/12/23/colorado-mails-approved-marijuana.html?page=all
The State of Colorado mailed out licenses for 348 retail marijuana businesses Monday, paving the way for them to open once the businesses get approved licenses from the local city or county. …

Also from my understanding, the Marijuana License Approval by Chaffee County, Colorado that INCC just received is more important to note because the County will dictate to the State as for having operational jurisdiction control over the companies… not the State. After doing a little research on the issue, usually the grow operation will receive its license from the state, conditional on local/county approval. The grow operation is considered to be in good standing with the state as it meets the county’s requirements. Since INCC has obtain Marijuana License approval by Chaffee County (through one of its new Directors), this confirms that it is in good standing with the state since it is in good standing with the county.

This is why the County approval for their MJ License is so important. This is like putting the cart before the horse, but in a very good way this time. This is learning how to walk before learning how to crawl. Here is more info that might be of assistance regarding the INCC Marijuana Cultivation operations here in Chaffee County, Colorado (CO):

With this update of INCC Directors...

This confirms that they are doing the things that they say they are doing. This is a very solid INCC update to reflect the new names of their Directors within the Florida SOS database:

http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResultDetail/EntityName/domp-p02000009616-ff224831-9748-4748-b738-2570288df535/INTERnational%20consolidated/Page1

Within the Colorado SOS under the new name for INCC (Medical Cannabis Holdings) and to be effective Sep 1, 2014, the new Authorized Shares (AS) is already filed to be reduced from 8.9 Billion Shares down to 2 Billion Shares:
http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20141456892&masterFileId=20141456892

This reduces some huge dilution fears and confirms that "bad dilution" is not part of their plan for growth. I am expecting for the company to use some "good dilution" for significant acquisitions/mergers. Eliminating 6.9 Billion Shares of "potential" dilution is absolutely huge.

The Outstanding Shares (OS) currently within on OTC Markets still shows to be 4,063,756,425 shares:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/INCC/profile

So, with INCC having retired 3 Billion shares, the OS was initially upon such action reflected to be 1,063,756,425 shares. When the filings are completed that are being vigorously worked on as we speak, I am expecting for the OS to reflect a number higher to take into account the acquisition of GrowPro Systems, Vortex/John Mehos coming on board as a Director,

Still, as I have explained above, the Authorized Shares (AS) is going to be 2 Billion Shares which indicates that the new OS will definitely be 1.? Billion Shares, but well under 2 Billion Shares. I’m sure they are giving the company a decent cushion of shares in the kitty to use for future acquisitions/mergers.

I derived the above logic for a reason. I think I’m starting to see why such heavy hitters are wanting to be a part of INCC. I derived the above to help one to assess a fundamental valuation to have an idea of the ”potential” that exists here with INCC. Please understand, INCC is still in its infant stages, but they have achieved some very serious preliminaries that confirms that they are very serious and have some major achievements lined up to confirm that major cultivation looks like such is going to transpire.

Based on the logic from the due diligence (DD) that we know and have confirmed, the OS for INCC in my opinion will be higher than 1 Billion Shares, but lower than 2 Billion Shares. So for the purpose of deriving this valuation, let’s consider an OS to be 1.5 Billion Shares. Keep in mind that I am only speculating on how things appear to be logically lining up. Use the Substitution Property to substitute any related variables that might change at any particular time to be finite in the future. Simply use this post as a framework to ”only” consider as more is ”officially” confirmed and to help gather an idea of the ”potential” here in INCC that could very well exist. Keep in mind that ”potential” is the #1 reason why we all buy any stock. We buy a stock today based on where we believe a stock would ”potentially” end up existing to trade. With that in mind… let’s derive.

Key Fundamental Variables:
** OS = 1,500,000,000 Shares
** Net Profit = Net Income
** Net Income = $1,603,588,800
** Earnings Per Share (EPS) = Net Income ÷ Outstanding Shares (OS)

EPS = $1,603,588,800 Net Income ÷ 1,500,000,000 OS
EPS = $1.06 Per Share

To determine where INCC should fundamentally trade based on the EPS derived above, we must multiply the EPS by a Price to Earnings (P/E) Ratio. For those who are not familiar with the ratio, the P/E Ratio is basically the ”Growth Rate” for a group of similar stocks within a particular Sector or Industry for where a stock would be classified to exist/trade. For those new for understanding what a P/E Ratio is, read the links below that hopefully will help:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=57154170
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/price-earningsratio.asp

Below is an indication of the legitimate existing Sectors of where stocks within the market are considered to be classified as:
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/5conameu.html

With INCC and existing within the Marijuana/Cannabis Industry, it is not ”officially” known or indicated where companies like INCC would fit into. As one would learn by researching the PE Ratio, I think it’s fair to consider 15 as a conservative PE Ratio for the Marijuana/Cannabis Industry. With this thought, consider below:

$1.06 EPS x 15 PE Ratio = $15.90 Per Share

This means that based on the cultivation amount of marijuana above, per year, INCC should exist to trade somewhere in the area of 15.90 per share which confirms that INCC is still significantly undervalued here at these levels with taking its ”potential” for growth under consideration.

This post and because I posted such speculation above is not what’s going to be what get INCC to such price level. It’s going to be up to INCC following through with their cultivation goals to generate the revenues that I have indicated above. If such revenues are never generated, then don’t expect such price levels. Also, please keep in mind to use the Substitution Property to substitute the OS or any other variable that might change at any point in the future. Please understand too that INCC is very much in their infant stages as much more is still yet needing to be done. That $15.90 per share above is something that INCC has a chance to grow into now that they have achieved some very serious preliminaries for being approved to ”officially” move forward. As one can see from its current price, INCC has a long ways to go. Still, much more is needing to be done starting with getting current with OTC Markets. This will be a huge confirmation that INCC is ready to begin moving in a huge way and will be then taken more serious by more sophisticated investors for greater support.

As you have stated, if one have been in the Juana grow world, people will know what you’re talking about. I’m new to this world and I am still learning, but I am planning on taking your advice to go read any book by George Cervantez that talks about the different uses for cannabis so that I can see the light as you have seen.
