There is nothing new since we all knew it a while ago! MCII is just a normal non-reporting tier OTC stock now like the thousands of OTCNI peers! When the company files again MCII will resume to the previous reporting status which will trigger a short decent rally... Today is a great day for the MCII shareholders! Up 85% ~ 7.7% during the day and closed up 30.77%!
