maninos.....Don't see the late filing as being anything of consequence for the stock! I think that this could be the bottom but who knows.....somebody could dump 100-200K shares and knock us down to .01 or even .009...I think that buying at these levels appears to be 'safer' than it appeared to be 2+ weeks ago when the stock was getting pounded on the bid!! 3 trades today for a dollar value of $734.00
