You're right, nutriman, but assignee for this issued patent is GFV, LLC, not Genta Inc. itself. Warrel have filled for two or more patent applications regarding this matter, and some were with assignee to Genta, and some to GFV, LLC. It is the trustee of Genta who probably holds rights in Genta patents regarding with this matter.
