in my opinion, without the...

...notes, loans, warrants, options, advisers, consultants, attorneys, acquisitions, contracts, royalties, you name it,...



...we don't have a company. moreover, we don't have the ability to dominate the market in production of quantum dots. ultimately, we don't have the opportunity to make a huge gain on our investment in the stock of this company!!!!

but what do i know??
