Please explain to me how a RS in 2015 provided the cash that was used a couple months ago?! Your math and timing is a little off... unless you and Garth have a time machine that no one knows about. If that's the case I'm buying more ICBT as that technology us invaluable!

No RS will be done. No dilution. Just a moon shot of the stock price when news starts dropping. You should try the long side, there's more money to be made!
