I posted they filed an "S-3" a few weeks ago, they have an ongoing financing dumping shares. Also, they have not had much for positive news in a while, so you add that up & the stock stinks right now. Most micro-cap biotech area stocks are out of favor now, too. People looking more for value. But I think for a trade this thing will pump out some good news by year's end.
Don't listen to the people who say cash is out next month or "September", etc. They're not going BK. They are in the midst of an S-3 & will have funding thru at least 2014 if they max it out. And if they need more money next year, they'll dilute it more.
Near term don't worry about cash, other than the dilution that pressure's the stock. The latest financial statements you will find on Internet do not reflect the money that they are raising currently with the S-3 on the market.
Further out into 2015, then worry about cash until they do more financing.
