I am a buyer and here is why....

I own 7 million shares and am slowly accumulating s hares to get up to 10 million. Total gamble, but I believe these guys have gone dormant for a reason. There were investments made by others for a reason. Not sure what it is yet, but I believe there is upside.

May be totally wrong, but I have seen companies bounce back after going south or going quite. I made a massive gamble on HealthSouth when I was in college, and it went up over 40x within 18 months.

Risking some of those winnings on this sucker.

Perhaps I am the sucker, but if they do something that gets them active again, I would be thrilled with a bump back up to thirty cents a share x 10 million shares.
