Interesting comment DFW.

Apparently Serge Monros incorporated a company called SVMTECH, Inc on July 22, 2013. The business description says: Design and market auto accessories. Currently active and Serge V. Monros is the officer listed. You can check this out on the internet. I dont know what this mean and the reason why Serge incorporated the company to do auto accessory business. Seems to me its a conflict of interest.
