Now is the time for insiders to come to the plate!
Stock has been beaten to death and now has traded a measly 20k sh after a 2.7 million sh trading day.
Heriein lies the problem and disconnect with BIO-key and it's shareholders. Been exclaiming the superiority of its software as best of breed but nobody in management or the Board willing to put skin in the game. And I'm not talking about a pitiful 2k or 5k share purchase every 5 years. Insiders have a golden opportunuty now to show the market that this reverse split is Not a bad thing for BIO-keys future, but I guess our new Boardmembers will take the lead of management and put their tail between their legs and be content with their free options and promise the world from BIO-key. Stock has been looking for a leader to take the bull by the horns and there is not one in sight.
So pitiful.
