The problem with partnering by indication, as I understood it, was in thinking forward to the sales people targeting the same docs. The partner the company will be looking for is one who can expand the PS platform in multiple indications creating multiple "shots on goal". So, by partnering by indication you could hypothetically have the same sales reps trying to convince oncologists why they should buy bavi in comination with one chemo, but why they shouldn't use it in other indications that another company had competing therapy for. Makes sense to me and really supports the thought behind the "vision" the company wants to create with a partner...a truly broad platform.
