So who exactly has a standing buy order it, that is 0.0001 higher than the current bid? This joke stock is still being pathetically manipulated to keep the share price from collapsing.

$22MM MCAP is a joke for this company that doesn't make a penny, and never has. Why hasn't management files that 2,000,000 share sell yet?
