That means the reverse split will be sooner too. According the the new rule, it's already trading past the dead line, below .01 year ending June 30. in fact it's a month and a half. The CEO ConMan should have reported price deficiency NOTICE!

Yet the ConMan never tells people about the BS in the background.

If it ain't hype and BS to dump stock, it didn't happen, save on occasion slipped in-between a paragraph where it could get passed over.
