IMO clearly BS - Abadi is streamlining government and eliminating positions. Makes no sense a NEW position being created just for Maliki. Just SOL BS articles that we will see until the new government is completely formed. Basically anything that says State of Law or Law you can dismiss as pure BS propaganda / hopeaganda
