Major Contracts:

In 2013, the Company has entered into a 5 year licensing agreement with Dyno Green Tech, LLC ("DGT") to sell the DynoValve products in the licensed territories (UAE, Dubai, Malaysia, India, and Africa). DGT has ordered 3,000 DynoValves as of 9/30/13. The DynoValves were shipped in the third quarter of 2013. In order for them to fulfill and maintain this 5 year licensing agreement, they are required to purchase 500 additional DynoValves per quarter for a total of $3,000,000 over a 5 year span.......some kind of news for board.
