Surely you jest. A good piece of equipment? It has yet to run for more than short periods of time and when it does run, it's lucky to break even on a GROSS profit basis.
Then there's the bloated overhead for JB and the revolving door of "key hires" who all seem to jump ship shortly after getting whatever payout they are promised. And how much money has trhe "good business man" put into the company while they had near zero output?

And of course, don't get me started on being caught off guard by the cold winter in Buffalo.

The "magic catalyst" story was the tip off for me that this was a doomed pump and dump. And lo and behold...
