Okay, I'll try to get a response for part of this discussion from Ron. Since I've been transparent with the group in my previous communication with the company I may as well continue.

The following is my question I'm submitting to the company.

Quote
I've been following the progress of the company and have been and investor since shortly after the announcement of the National Standard conditional funding agreement.

There's just one detail that I simply cannot reconcile. In the May 5th conference call Ron stated that the groundwater would be replenished through the cool moist air settling to the ground. That simply doesn't make sense.

Groundwater and water on the ground are entirely separate. Groundwater is accessed by drilling a well into an aquifer. The water in an aquifer is usually ancient water. It's been underground for thousands of years.

There's simply no easy connection between the surface and an aquifer. If it were so easy for water to pass into an aquifer it would be just as easy for it to escape.

Ron Pickett seems to be very knowledgeable in every aspect of the tower. I believe that his comment about the water cycle was somewhat off the top of his head and that he hadn't really given it much thought.

If possible could my question be directed to Mr Pickett personally? Since he made the comment he should be able to either clarify it or make a correction.
