Sorry for the delay ... have not been able to post this past week for some reason. Please see email below I wrote:

Interesting news to say the least - I will try to keep this as concise as possible.

Went by Friday and was basically stood up again, waited from 1:45 to 3:30 but at 3pm is where it got interesting. I got the chance to meet Kay's son at 3pm who showed up looking for his father; his son is the same age as me (22). We got to talking and discussing things and he was able to lead and little insight to the past operations of ECDC as he worked there during 2013.

The general feel I received from my talks with him were that ECDC is basically banking on Student Connect. They have undergone large staffing changes throughout the first half of this year that seem to focus on the RFID tech management and software. He stated that the main issues they are running into with getting things up and running in school systems are each individual school board for transportation; it also appears that Verizon may be helping ECDC fund these costs directly for each school contract they are able to attain and ECDC gets paid the second cut of advertising fees?? My talk with him gave me a little confidence that at least this company is functional - but didn't trust him 100% and even waiting out in the parking lot another 30 mins to 4pm just to see if Kay was waiting for me to leave before returning since he was waiting for Kay was well... apparently he even keeps his son waiting. (just a side note 2 BMW's and a Benz and some 3 other regular cars where parked in front of the office).

Sooooo, unhappy I return early Monday morning hoping I can catch him off guard and unexpected which is exactly what I did. I was able to meet him and exchange a few words and was able to get nothing at all from him. His excuse is that there is too much going on right now (even acknowledged being behind on fins without me bringing it up) for him to be able to go in depth with me and apologized for him missing the meetings I tried to set up (receptionist was not around Friday or Monday). He says they are working hard getting student connect up and running on the east coast and west coast and formal PR's should start coming again in the 4thQ ... I questioned this because we still have a month and a half left in the 3rdQ but he claims that this is the start of the school year which is basically the start of a new work year for them and they have been slammed.

Next bit of side news - I got Kay's sons number and going to try to head to the Buckhead bars with him to feel him out because 1 things I learned from living in Atlanta is that Africans run the best scams and are the best smooth talkers lol I hoping to get plugged in with him and ease my way into some better information. Also - my iHub account has been suspended and I do not know why... I haven't even been using it much.

I have ran into an outside party that is interested in this company as well and trying to pay me to amass detailed info for them and keep me silent but no agreement has been made since the first two trips were not able to yield anything definitive. I am going back at the beginning of September for a follow up. I do not think this will be moving anytime soon IMO but there definitely may be something here. I am going to take a trip to Chatooga county to see if I can find buses with the Student Connect system installed later this month.
