Frank574 - I have always liked Titan, but am not enamored with the PR/IR strategy.

I said many months ago if IR/PR strategy didn't change, I was reducing my position (so as not to give up the appreciation I had gained). Since management is not really supporting PPS now.

With PPS drifting slowly downward, it is a buying opportunity. I wish PPS was going up, but it isn't. If you like a company and you believe the value of that company is higher than the PPS reflects, you should buy into it. May buy more, but will wait and see.
