Sarasota 12 Circuit Court...60 days are up today for Plaintiff to respond...if not.. ordered by Judge Bonner to be thrown out..Dismissal of Proscution Sept 23rd.......now granted it,s a old case..but it can,t help, but help us...Giddy-Up
