Another Great Day for PNCH

Congrats to our Chairman and CFO.

The OTC Market Place site now shows PNCH as delinquent and with limited financial information available.

With over 5,000 companies traded/listed on the pinks, I have no idea how many people look at that site or how that site interacts with other sites or regulatory agencies but, I assume it can not be good.

Hopefully with the strong controls and management which SS has in place, the new accountants will be able to finish the Q soon and be able to show the world the financials due a few days ago.

Oh well, always remember that meadow2009,does not recommend you either buy or sell this stock, always do your own due diligence, and carpe diem seize the day.
