Crassus, if I may chime in here... Baxano is a company with sales growth Q/Q, however, they state in the 10Q that if the PPS continues to trade below $0.50 then they are unable to raise capital through the Lincoln Park finance agreement and will basically run out of cash by mid September, unless they can get a loan or other financing arrangement by then.
