Hey- I'm no accountant, but I've read my share of 10Qs and 10Ks and this is just amateur hour PLUS at least one VERY concerning NEW number I'll put together in the next post.

Somehow, I think Angel actually WANTED to get knocked back down to OTCPink Limited, for the increased "flexibility" it gives him in reporting and non-reporting. There's no need for "Attorney's Letters" attesting to the veracity of the claims and all that pesky stuff...

Otherwise, why be just a day late and still put up an 8th-Grader's idea of a "financial filing"?

SIGH.... still RIGH....

Plus all that nonsense about just hiring a new accountant...
