Things are getting very interesting. PPS at a minimum and the lock possibly slowly lifting (maybe). Plus '"funding" held back due to lock and maybe a new SS? Who knows but it's certainly worth watching.
I'm not saying things are peachy here but don't think they are done. A lot of time went by during the "quiet period" so who knows what future contacts they may have made during this time. If they were held back due to the lock then a lift should be a huge positive if it happens.
