Question for Elis:

How much time after a public company learns of significant news, such as EPA approval, must that company divulge the news to the shareholders?

24 hours, 3 business days,10 business days, or possibly longer after they learn the news?

I ask this question because I am wondering whether Ed wants to announce sales and the EPA together.
He probably can't get signed sales contracts until he has EPA and he might already have sales pending but unenforceable until after the EPA approval.
