SMME were never going to win the patent lawsuit..SMME dont actually make anything ( so V/MC infringement had no impact on SMME). They just produce ideas via a press release.
Its galling to think of all our investment dollars going nowhere other than press company invoices and funding SMME executives to do nothing more than invent great ideas..
Like all investors, I'm gutted by all the promises of funding, production and product roll out. I'd love to be proved wrong...
