Is this their new website?

I'm asking because I see copyright 2014 at the bottom and because this site has the most recent press release and the other site does not.

There are old press releases from the past saying Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group (the Shanghai listed entity) is a subsidary of HERB. And one more recently that says HERB is a subsidiary of Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group. Both are wrong. Must be a translation/misinterpretation issue.

The "new" site has it correct though
"GanSu Yasheng Salt Group Company Ltd., the parent company of Yasheng Group USA (OTC: HERB)"
And that's how it is.

(I asked the company a question about the relationship between HERB and Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group and I didn't get a response. So I had to figure it out for myself)

There is no direct relationship and this confirms what I have said before. HERB has 22 subsidiaries now. For a list see the 10-K.
I assume that GanSu Yasheng Salt Group Company Ltd (Gansu Yasheng) is also the parent company of Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group.
