Happy Duck Feeling Is What Barn Cat Thinks UCP Management is in.

What is the "Happy Duck" feeling....The feeling of growing a company as fast as you can without a major concern of a net profit.
Cat was thinking that a net profit would come in the 2qt and was wrong because of these Happy Ducks.
Now....there is nothing wrong with the Happy Duck feeling and one fine day it will return a net profit.
So with that being said....Cat's 2014 forecast -
50 mil. income and a net profit of 1 mil. which will come in the 4QT.

Cat can understand management being a Happy Duck because a few years ago UCP had.......

1. 4 mil. yearly income and now on the road to 50 mil.

2. very high debt and now hardly any...if any.

3. difficulty finding money to fund cash flow and now lines of credit are available.


Barn Cat would rather have management as a Happy Duck than a lame duck.
