I appreciate the logic you are applying , but ICPT traded $497 off of a Ph2 mon alcoholic liver disease drug approval , markets trade off of perception , opportunism and momentum . A lack of sellers when the shorts have to cover could easily add $100++ to whatever price it initially gets to .

When it's obvious it's going to get approved , for L or D or even the hint of large pharma interest , market cap, p/e ratio , future earnings and dividends mean nothing ...
