There are no hard indication that PPHM is or has been building facilities for Avid Bioservices in Banning CA.

PPHM in its annual report would have had to mention it and they would have had to pay for it and that would be visible.

It could have been in a CTO type listing on the SEC web-site so that we cannot see it but I don't think so. As I said they would have to pay for it and they cannot hide such an investment.

Furthermore there is no reason to hide this. We know Avid is doing well and that Bavi production is prepared because PPHM mentioned it itself and in the Q & A said they didn't know yet if they would extend the current Avid space or go for a new location.

However, I believe that they are currently in the process of working that out. They hired at least two, possibly 3 people that are coordinating this (was posted on this board).

Jeeeee, Banning. Took a look at it with Google Earth looks like the Moon surface. What would they seek in that location. No harbours, no nearby big airports, far away from where their employees live (except maybe Diane Choi and before I think also Mauricio Umanan).
