I know mgmt in the past has been dismissive (or clueless) about a r/s, but I have to believe it's been been brought up recently at least as an option. After all we have over 100 million shares outstanding.

Please don't tell me how bad they are, TRXC, etc, etc. I agree 100%, and frankly the thought makes me a little sick. If our pps continues to hover around here with 100 mil OS someone in there inner circle is bound to start mentioning it as an easy option for uplisting, institutional activity, warrant exercising/more funding, etc. This is one of the major reasons why I would like to see an effort to raise pps. Yes, patience and hitting milestones is most important, but as most of us understand a r/s would be disastrous (at least for a period of time).

Thankfully, it appears that Hargrove, et al doesn't seem to really care about the stock price, day to day, etc. As much as they frustrate us with there silent, hands off approach, this disinterest actually might be a benefit for us when it comes to something like a r/s. As far as I can tell the only thing they seem to be focused on is milestones and the FDA (the only two subjects they care to occasionally comment on). There narrow mindedness might be the best thing we got going for us.
