Except he had the Viosphere available in 2012.....so all your hoops and legal aspects for a product should've been button up 2 years ago. How can a company worth nothing have so me legal problems? It falls into the hands of the CEO....he is the big D on campus. Even IF he wasn't apart of the problems they had/having internally, a CEO is the leader. He needs to lead by making shit happen instead of spit out vague PRs of ideas they have with no substance to follow through with them. All we (the investors) have recieved since February is empty PRs about:

*An announcement of new patents that are.....nonexistent so far as I can see
*A street fair that no one has heard of
*A shipment that produced only 1 of each size Viosphere available through a company no one has heard of
*A review on how awesome the street fair was...who cares?
*and a cross over into the video game realm.

I don't see a bit of any of this in real life thats made any impact. Its all just ideas with no substance. I mean I'm still here, still playing the hoping and wishing game like Andy Dufrain did in Shawshank Redemption, and like Andy crawling through shit day in and day out with this company. I'd like to see the light buuuut I'm still crawling....
